GCSE Science Biology (9-1) - Plant and Animal Cells - Cell Specialisation

In this video we look at the the GCSE Science Biology topic of plant and animal cells. We first look at the differences between eukaryotes and prokaryotes, then compare the organelles and their functions in both plant and animal cells. For your GCSE exams you are also expected to be able to give the function of specialised cells including sperm cells, nerve cells, muscle cells, xylem cells, phloem cells and root hair cells. We look closely at each of these specialised cells and explain how they perform their function.
