So we now see that there are some websites and Housing News sources that are at least acknowledging the fact that there is a fair number of delinquent mortgages, Homeowners in Forbearance and a significant potential for a large number of Foreclosures hitting the Auction block starting in 2021. Yet there still is a major push back from other groups that are stating that we don't have anything to worry about since all the people who are facing their own Housing Crisis will be able to move into revised mortgage programs or simply sell their homes to solve their issues since everyone has all this new found equity available. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.
