Duration: approx. 3 '45 " 「Desiderium（デシデリウム）」はラテン語で、過ぎ去った日々への懐かしさや思慕と同時に、これから訪れる未来への希望も象徴する言葉です。私はこの曲をその二つの時間——過ぎ去ったものと、これから訪れるもの——の狭間に立っているかのような感覚で作曲しました。本作は、2本のマレットによる作品です。右手と左手にはそれぞれ独立した旋律的な物語があり、両声部は対位法的に絡み合いながら、互いの響きを引き立て合って進行していきます。過去への静かな想いと、未来へのささやかな希望――その両方を、一音一音に込めました。 "Desiderium" is a Latin word that symbolizes both a nostalgic longing for the past and a quiet hope for the future yet to come. I composed this piece while feeling as though I were standing precisely between those two points in time—between what has been and what is yet to be. This piece is written for two-mallet performance, with each hand carrying its own independent melodic narrative. The two voices intertwine in a contrapuntal texture, supporting and enhancing one another as the music unfolds. A quiet longing for the past, and a gentle hope for the future—both are reflected in every note of this piece. #マリンバソロ #marimba
