BOSS RUSH EASY WIN with THIS ITEM (WHITE PONY!??) Did you know there are many good items in Isaac? Polyphemus is pretty good, but Sacred Heart, Twisted Pair, and Brimstone are even better. 20/20 works well with Polyphemus, but also with Mutant Spider. C Section and Tech X are also quite good. My favorites, though, are from the Secret Room: Sacred Orb, Glitched Crown, Death Certificate, D Infinity, and Rock Bottom are all pretty good. What I don't like so much is Tainted Jacob or Jacob and Esau. Lilith is also quite cool, as are Azazel and Judas. Tainted Cain is very complicated, especially in Greedier Mode, but his challenge is cool. What's not cool at all is, for example, Ultra Hard.
