He does think that he does not stop much, just to hear a little news, short news, a quick glance, but this is harmful, I think. And there is no promise of the Chazon Ish. "It is true that he is a person who studies Torah, he sits and studies, so God protects him more than others, but to say that there will be no harm is hard to say, because his Torah is not taught as God wanted.
