In this Au Yuu is from tevyat and tevyat is the past of twisted wonderland and considered the old world. What happened was that after the Tsaritsa obtained all of the gnosis she started a war against Celestia. The other Archons brought all their citizens to safety and each nation chose someone to lead the nation if something were to happen to them during the war. After the war was over the Archons were weakend and didn't have much time left so the Archons thought their knowledge(the knowledge a mortal can handle) to the person that's going to lead the nation after them(The seven). Once the seven knew everything the Archons went to retirement and spend the last of their days with their loved ones while the seven ruled and made sure that the secrets the Archons were hiding will stay secrets. Eleazer disappeared after the last mortal that still knew about the seven passed away. The history of what happened isn't fully known so Eleazer didn't return yet.
