Many problems also arose, such as various abusive practices against consumers, and to combat certain abuses by suppliers and traders, the law gradually began to defend the consumer. In addition, at the time of the Industrial Revolution, factory workers had to work extremely exhausting hours. Imagine that many worked for up to 16 hours a day, and in unhealthy and dangerous conditions, and, for this reason, over time, laws were also created to seek to reduce human exploitation within labor relations. All of this demonstrates how the economy and the law are closely linked.
