Unlimited Air Racer 'Voodoo' Heat 3A with mayday landing.

This was the second heat race for the Gold racers during the Reno National Championship Air Races. Voodoo with Will Whiteside at the controls was third from the poll and quickly jumped into second behind Strega at the start of the race, just before going around pylon 4 on lap 4 Voodoo's engine broke a valve, Will used his speed and turned it into altitude so he could position himself for a mayday landing on runway 14.
