Hot Doggin’ NEPA Style is all about celebrating the hot dog and its delicious condiments. Today’s small mukbang featured a chili, mustard, and onion dog; a kraut and mustard dog; and a classic mustard and onion dog. I had a second MO dog but was too full to finish, along with an order of fries that were perfectly salted, served hot, and portioned just right. The chili was flavorful, the kraut had a pleasantly sweet twist, and the finely chopped onions were a nice touch compared to the big, chunky ones served elsewhere. The Anthracite also offers burgers and sandwiches, making it well worth a visit.
