I love the smell of banana bread when it's cooking and I love the taste when it's done. Crusty exterior with a soft middle, yummy!!! Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you haven't 😊 #banana #bread #airfryerrecipes #airfryer #miniloaf #easy #simple #quick #moist #bananabread Ingredients: this will make 3 mini loaves or 1 regular size loaf... 1 stick of butter 1/2cup/4oz 3 ripe, very ripe, bananas 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla (5ml) 2 cups ap flour (454g) 1 cup sugar (227g) 1 tsp baking soda (5g) 1/2 tsp salt (2.5g) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2.5g) Melt the butter and add the bananas and mash really well. Add the eggs and the vanilla and mix In a separate bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to the wet ingredients and mix well. Spray your mini loaf pans with non stick cooking spray and divide the mixture between the pans. Air fry 350°F/180°C for 20 minutes then turn the heat down to 325°F/163°C for 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 205°F/96°C TIME WILL VARY IF MAKING 1 STANDARD LOAF..
