It seems that Ashok Singh Chauhan rented this land to the complainant, claiming that he was in possession of the land. Later, the complainant built a crudely constructed stall on the land and rented it out to others. However, in the meantime, the AMC declared the construction of the stall illegal. In such a situation, the complainant asked Ashok Chauhan for documents proving the legality of the premises. But Ashok Singh did not provide them. And asked him to vacate the premises.
