X-Factor Project and Speed Training Drills
Six minutes of alactic drills used at Plainfield North as sprint alternatives. We never sprint (spiked-up and max-speed) more than 3 times a week. Theses "X-Factor" workouts are creative and alternative. Nothing we do in these workouts diminish our workout the next day. Nothing lasts more than six seconds. Recovery is nearly full, or full-enough to go full speed on the next rep.
