As one of the densest parts of the UK when it comes to ancient castles, we of course had to stop by one or two along the way, those castles being Dunnottar Castle and Castle Fraser. We also decided to pay a visit to the Portsoy Ice Cream shop for one of the BEST ice creams we have ever had. And to round off an epic road trip, we finish off our journey with a stunning sunrise over one of Scotland's most beautiful natural phenomenons, Bow Fiddle Rock.
