In this video, I have discussed the latest Norms and Regulations for B.Ed. Special Education is offered through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode in India. The program is designed to equip teachers with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to teach children with special needs. We have also discussed the eligibility criteria for admission to the program, which includes a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks, or a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree. Furthermore, I have discussed the duration of the program, course content, and the requirement of a compulsory school placement program of at least 200 hours per semester till the end of the fourth semester for all categories of students.
