Had a great day after my two doctor appointments catching Coulson Aviation’s Fire Fighting CH-47 & Quick Reaction Force (QRF) S-76 flying out to fight the Macy Fire out on the Los Angeles County & Kern County border by Antelope Acres after scorching 2,000 acres and triggered evacuation warnings, also captured Helinet Aviation's News Helicopters ABC7 & ABC7 back up ship flying out to catch the high speed chase of a guy in a white pick up truck as it ended with a Police K-9 taking down the carjacking suspect, also one of Helinet's news back up ship going on a test flight and another one used for film production, and watching a Medical chopper departing and Los Angels Fire Air Ops departing for some flight time. all & all it was a great time at the Van Nuys Airport.
