This was one of the most amazing and intimate experiences that I have EVER had!! In Omo Valley, Ethiopia, I lived with a family from the Hamar tribe for several days. In this first video you will meet the family I stayed with; and get an inside glimpse at some of their intriguing daily life, unusual rituals, and even a birth of a new family member. The Hamars use Mother Nature to cure illnesses and heal wounds. You will see some of their traditions, and just how important goats are to their lives (more than you’d ever realize!). These humans are some of the most incredible people I have ever met.
