A reporter from the Saga Shimbun newspaper attempted a pilgrimage to visit all 14 original manhole covers from the anime series "Zombie Land Saga" located in six cities in Saga Prefecture, using only public transportation. ★For details and a summary of the entire itinerary, please click here. On June 25th, one night after the final episode of the TV anime "Zombie Land Saga Revenge" aired, we set out on a journey to visit all of the original manhole covers located throughout Saga Prefecture. Hoping to provide some inspiration for fans of the series from outside the prefecture, we tested whether it was possible to visit them all in one day using only public transportation. Despite encountering a series of unexpected issues, including missing a boarding and connection, and being significantly behind schedule, I somehow managed to reach the finish line, where I had a fortunate encounter... I look back on my "manhole tour" while posting on Twitter... *The risk of heatstroke is extremely high in the summer, so please take breaks and hydrate along the way.
