From "I Lost My Spin" to This..

A little progress update on my spins! This video was taken after my "Oh No, I Lost My Spin" video, but before I started my spin clinic. Even in this short time, I can see some improvements in my centering, control, and confidence. Spin clinic has already helped me make even more progress since recording this, so it's fun to look back and see where I was in the process.
