Ingredients for our Ricotta and Spinach Cannelloni recipe: 200g dried cannelloni (or fresh lasagna rolls) 400g ricotta 500g spinach (fresh or frozen) 100g mozzarella Salt 1 egg 80g grated Parmesan cheese + 2 tablespoons Garlic Nutmeg Béchamel sauce 450ml milk 45g butter 45g plain flour Nutmeg Salt Alternatively, you can use 500ml ready-made béchamel sauce. Serves 4-6
