Ditching chicken wings for portable restroom trailers

In this episode, Grant and Erin Stahla, owners of Stahla Services, join the podcast to talk about their journey in the portable restroom industry. Grant was on an entrepreneurial track in college in Nebraska, trying to figure out what he wanted to pursue as a business, when he heard a family member talking about restroom trailers. Ten days later he bought his first trailer with a loan from his grandparents. Over the next few years, he built out an inventory with the help of SBA loans. A few years ago, Grant met and married Erin and she decided to leave her marketing position with Chick-fil-A and work with Grant. The couple discuss their decision-making for expansion, focusing solely on high-end restroom trailers, hiring and training processes, quality control in a business with an extensive service area, and more.
