But it can work, it’s still delicious, and after a little practice, it’s really not difficult at all. //Ingredients 1/2 Cup Sugar 2 Tbsp Water 1/4 Cup Milk 1 Tbsp Cold Butter // Please Note Switch off the flame when the caramel turns an amber colour and then add the remaining ingredients While the sugar is heating up and starting to liquefy, DO NOT STIR. Hold off on any stirring until all of the sugar has liquified.
