Floating on the Vistula is pure pleasure, even in this heat – check out my new report from a summer river trip! This time, I went to the Vistula on a very hot day. The very first cast gave me hope for good results, and when the bait started working in the current, I received regular bites. Although the fish quieted down for a while at noon, the evening bites rewarded my patience, and for the rest of the trip, there was no reason to complain. During this trip, the most common catches were bream, but I also managed to land two chubs, a bream, and a lot of bleak.
