DIY 37x18R Brick Tires: Casting Real Silicone in a 3D Printed Mold

In today's project, I'm showing you how to create high-quality 37x18R brick-style tires using a 3D printed mold and simple materials. The result is a perfect rubber-like tire that looks and feels much better than original plastic wheels! 🎁 WANT THE 3D FILES? I will be sharing the link for my custom 3D mold files with my subscribers who leave a comment below! Don't forget to subscribe and let me know what you think to get the link. The Setup: First, I showcase the custom 3D model designed for the perfect fit. Mold Prep: I use a 3D printed mold and apply baby oil as a mold release agent to ensure a smooth finish. The Mix: I pour clear general-purpose silicone onto cornstarch and mix them together. For this version, I kept it clear (No paint used!). The Build: I pack the silicone mix into the mold, seal it tight, and use an adjustable wrench to apply maximum pressure for a perfect cast. The Result: After only 2 hours of curing, I open the mold to reveal a flawless, high-detail tire! Note: In this video, I didn't use any coloring. In my next video, I will be testing Activated Carbon to achieve that professional matte black tactical look!
