Buying a controller with a warranty from the start is the safest option. If you're traveling to Singapore or Hong Kong and plan to buy a controller, remember that it's not covered under warranty. Repairs might be possible, but there will be a cost. Second, find a local technician to repair it if the warranty has expired. From what I've seen in repair videos, it doesn't seem too complicated. I believe the cost shouldn't exceed 500 baht. However, technicians might be hard to find initially. But if this becomes a common issue with many consoles in the future, finding a technician shouldn't be difficult. The third option is to buy a new DualSense controller.
