Ingredients: 3 ossobuco rounds. 1 onion. 200g spring onion. 1 green bell pepper. 1 large potato. 1 large sweet potato. 1 carrot. 250g squash. 2 corn cobs. 1 can of pear tomatoes. 300g stew noodles (mustacholes, macaroni, snails, and thimbles). Meat or vegetable broth (to taste). 6 tbsp. oil. Oregano and thyme to taste. 2 bay leaves. Salt, pepper, ground chili, and paprika. . Process: 1. Peel and chop the onion. 2. Wash and slice the green onion. 3. Wash, remove the veins and seeds, and chop the bell pepper. 4. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes and squash into bite-sized cubes. 5. Peel and thinly slice the carrots and corn. 6. Dice the tomatoes. 7. Cut the ossobuco into rounds. 8. In a large pot, heat the oil and sauté the meat over high heat until browned. 9. Remove the meat and sauté the chili with the onion until translucent. 10. Add the meat, carrots, and diced plum tomatoes with their juice. 11. Add broth until almost covered. 12.
