Tips for High Wind Speedflying and Launching: What you don't know can hurt you

Speedflying in Hawaii has taught me some valuable lessons some were from my crashes some were from others. I always said some one should make a video of the basics, because I definitely could have used one. So here it is. The only thing I messed up is my Cobra Launch in the video is not a Cobra Launch. It is a Reverse Launch brought up to the side a little. If you are going to be dumb, be smart about it. Feel free to comment and make suggestions of better or other techniques to use as well.
