Ein Schuss / My Shot from the musical "Hamilton" by Lin-Manuel Miranda in the German translation by Kevin Schroeder and Sera Finale. Performed by the WDR Funkhausorchester and soloists from the Folkwang University of the Arts Musical Theatre program under the baton of Boris Ritter, who also wrote arranged the piece for voice and full orchestra. Recorded live on 2nd March 2023 during a youth concert in the Cologne Philharmonic Hall. The youth concert "Musical but different: Broadway Today" from the series "WDR@Philharmonie" intended to present contemporary works of musical theatre, especially those dealing with issues the younger generations care about.
