NeoGeo CD AES - Repair, Region and PAL MOD

We've got a lovely Japanese region Neo Geo CD that's in need of some TLC. We replace the 100v PSU with a new 100-240v PSU, solve a problem with the power connector, then delve inside to region mod and standard mod the console to PAL. After that it's to the links for some Neo Turf Masters goodness. With thanks to    / gadgetuk164   I mention a SD card replacement for the CD drive in the video, I think this exists only in my dreams, there are Saturn and Dreamcast versions of this though.
