Quick Guide: Organizing and Sorting Your Medication Plan in tomedo Removing Medications from the Plan: To remove a medication, you have two options. Select Discontinue to move it to the end of the plan without deleting it. Select Remove to permanently remove it from the active plan. Note: Entries without a prescription symbol will be permanently deleted and will no longer appear in the list of current medications. Sort Alphabetically for Ease of View: Click on the column header Name to sort the entire medication plan alphabetically. This helps you quickly identify duplicate entries and makes the plan clearer. Filter by Active Ingredient: Use the filter field to search for a specific active ingredient. Enter the name of the active ingredient to display all related medications in the plan in a compact view, allowing you to compare, for example, the dosages of different preparations. * Clean up duplicate entries: After finding duplicates by sorting or filtering, identify the already prescribed version (recognizable by the prescription symbol). If necessary, transfer the dosage to the correct entry using the pencil icon and then remove the redundant, manually added entry. Set and restore custom sorting: You can manually drag and drop medications into a medically logical order (e.g., beta blockers at the top, diuretics together). This manual order will become your default view. After sorting alphabetically for cleanup, you can return to your custom, medically logical order at any time by clicking *Restore default sorting*.
