Exploring Mark Making with Line for Abstract Art
In this video I explore many different approaches to mark making with line to use in my abstract art. I use acrylic paint, acrylic ink and various dry materials, such as, oil pastel and charcoal, along with a selection of different tools and brushes to explore mark making with line. By allowing myself to experiment with unique ways of creating lines and coming up with many different variations, I can then build up a collection and notice which I like and which have significance to me. I hope to then introduce these into my abstract paintings. Thank you so much for watching! Follow along with my journey on Instagram: / kaloolajaystudio
