Resolution #38-2026 to hire Recreation assistants for the Town of Milton 2026 Summer Camp Program Resolution #39-2026 to enter a contract for a Director of Economic Planning Resolution #40-2026 to authorize the Town to donate to the Ballston Spa Lions Club to help defray some of the cost associated with the 2026 Concert in the Park Resolution #41-2026 to hire Declan Bain, 39 Century Drive, Malta NY 12020 as seasonal P/T Laborer at $22.04 per the 2026 Compensation Schedule. Resolution #42-2026 to hire Sophia Liberty, 1 Oakwood Court, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 and Calogera Rose, 23 Skylark Drive, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 as Recreation Leaders for the Town of Milton Summer Camp Program at $22.04 an hour per the 2026 Compensation Schedule. Motion to set a public hearing for Local Law #2-2026 to amend Local Law #4-2025 of the Town of Milton further extending a temporary moratorium on large/commercial scale solar energy installations and battery storage facilities in the Town of Milton at 6:30 on June 24, 2026 Motion to approve the vacation buy-back of 13.25 hours for Comptroller David Braymer.
