As National Disability Employment Awareness Month comes to a close, Workforce Wednesday brings you the story of Project Search. This initiative introduces students with disabilities into the workforce with a strong support system to ensure a successful future. Borderplex partners with Texas Workforce Solutions-Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Empowering Hands, Socorro ISD, Providence and Emergence Health to connect students with disabilities to a meaningful paid work experience.
