The Genesis Croix de Fer has been around since before "gravel bikes" were really a thing. In this build, I wanted to modernise that original formula without losing what makes the Croix de Fer so good. It gets Shimano's wireless GRX Di2 drivetrain, DT Swiss GRC 1400 carbon wheels, a Redshift ShockStop suspension stem to smooth out rough roads and trails, and finishes with a selection of Restrap bikepacking bags to show how easily it can be transformed from an everyday gravel bike into an adventure machine.
