The MOD 1 motorcycle test is the first part of the practical riding test required to get your full UK motorcycle licence. One of the key elements is manual handling — where you're required to safely push your motorbike from one parking space to another, showing balance, control, and awareness. In this video, we demonstrate exactly what the examiner is looking for and how to complete the manual handling exercise with confidence.
