Shawn Hess is a singer-songwriter out of Laramie, WY. He strings together the sad and true stories of life, neglecting to polish off the edges to make them more palatable. And by God, you can't but think he's telling the truth by the look in his eyes and the waver in his voice. It was a pleasure to film this tune with him, and a gut punch each time we listen in retrospect. Broken Bow
