Kicking off our new series with the SPL’s record goal-scorer, Kris sits down with Si and talks about his tough football upbringing involving constantly testing himself against older and more physically intimidating players to ensure he could progress as quickly as possible. He discusses his first spell with Kilmarnock and who the biggest influencers were at the club which led to his goal-scoring grabbing the attention of clubs down South as well as his boyhood heroes Rangers. Kris also talks Simon through his early days at Ibrox along with the warning signs that were apparent when Frenchman Paul Le Guen took over from the man that signed him, Alex McLeish.
