Review Of The Feeling Good Handbook By Dr. David Burns

In this video I discuss my experiences using the Feeling Good Handbook, which was one of my favorite book finds of all time in my journey to beat depression. This book gets my Good Scientific Evidence label as there is well designed study evidence to support its effectiveness. Dr Burns shows you how to do cognitive therapy, a simple yet very effective way of treating depression, anxiety, procrastination, OCD, improving relationship/communication skills and a variety of other psychological conditions. He helps you to deal with the unhelpful automatic thoughts that pop into your head and start to change even the most deeply ingrained thinking patterns.
