What I Eat in a Day whilst not training Since I’m not training at the moment, I thought I’d share what I eat in a day whilst not training. Nothing has really changed and that’s the point here. Everyone’s different, but I’m still eating pretty much the same because fuelling your body is important, especially when you’re recovering from an injury. This is not an “optimal” or perfect recovery diet btw (don’t come at me ha). I’m away for the weekend, enjoying good food, company and life!
