Best time to do this meditation/mantra is in the morning after you have taken a shower. If taking a shower is not what you do first thing in the morning, there are other ways to cleanse yourself. You can use sage, and sage your body releasing any negative energy before you begin. Or, wait until after you have taken a shower. 2. Expressing Gratitude: What are 3 things you are grateful for? This is not meant to take a long time, no more than a min or two. EX: I’m grateful for my job, my family, my husband. what you give gratitude to, you will get more of. 3. Stair into the middle of the sri yantra 1. you are going to repeat the mantra 108x This is a very powerful number and will help you create what you want. 2. I will spell it phonetically so that you can pronounce it correctly. OMM GOME SHREEM MAHA LOCK SHH ME YAH NA MA HA 4. After repeating the mantra 108x there will be some ambient sounds and binaural beats, you may stay in this meditative state as long as you need to fully manifest your dreams into reality. 5. MOST IMPORTANT STEP!!!!! 1. When your done… you must let it go and move on your with day. Distract yourself!, go do something…. do anything other than think about your manifestation. Let it go!!! just be you and forget you did the mantra. Don’t create resistance around this by wanting or needing this. 6. IMPORTANT: You want to repeat this mantra for 40 days straight. He is, as the mantra suggests, the remover of obstacles who brings success, but he is also the god of beginnings and is associated with arts and sciences, knowledge and wisdom. A mantra is a practice that yogis use to focus concentration on one thought and/or still the mind in meditation. This mantra to Ganesh can be chanted silently or aloud. It is believed that the power of these words and sounds aid the yogi in his/her spiritual progression. Each word in the mantra has significance, if not a literal meaning: Om is a spiritual sound representing the universe or Brahman, the essence of all creation. It is typically recited at the beginning and end of all Hindu prayers and is frequently chanted during yoga practice. Gum is the sound representing the energy of Ganesh himself. It is his bija (seed syllable) mantra. Shreem is the sound of Lakshmi energy or abundance. Maha is a Sanskirt word meaning "great." Lakshmiyei is the formal name of the goddess.
