Scafell Pike featuring The Corridor Route - Great End - The most scenic hike in The Lake District

Hello and welcome to this video from Mountain Adventure Reviews. This video contains a walk through guide to the most scenic views of The Lake District from the highest point in England, Scafell Pike. The weather for this hike was perfect and showcases the spectacular views from the highest mountain in The Lake District National Park. The route was from Seathwaite, up Grains Gill, Ruddy Gill, up Great End, around and past Ill Crag, Broad Crag and then on to the summit of Scafell Pike. We came down The Corridor Route via Styhead Tarn and back to Seathwaite over Stockley Bridge, 11 miles in total and over 5000ft in elevation gain. A good 7 hours of hiking through the most mountainous area of The Lake District with Great Gable in view. The day was clear so good views of the Irish Sea coast and the borders of Scotland.
