Ingredients (Serves 3) 200g Paneer 1 tbsp Desi Ghee or Oil 1 medium Onion (petals separated) 100g Capsicum (cubed) 10–12 Garlic Cloves ½ inch Ginger 1 Onion (roughly chopped) 2 Tomatoes (chopped) 2 tbsp Oil Spices 1 tsp Coriander Powder ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder ⅓ tsp Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp Kitchen King Masala Salt to taste Kasuri Methi Fresh Coriander Leaves ⸻ Procedure 1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee or oil and lightly fry the paneer until golden. Remove and keep aside. 2. In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger. Add roughly chopped onion and cook for a minute. 3. Add chopped tomatoes, cover, and cook on medium-low flame until soft. Let it cool, then blend into a smooth paste. 4. Heat 2 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, and sauté for a few seconds. Pour in the prepared tomato-onion paste. 5. Add coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, Kitchen King masala, and salt. Cook until the masala turns rich and aromatic. 6. In another pan, lightly sauté onion petals and capsicum. Do not overcook. 7. Add sautéed onion, capsicum, and fried paneer to the gravy. Mix well. 8. Add about 1 cup water and cook covered on medium-low flame for 8–10 minutes. 9. Finish with Kasuri methi and fresh coriander leaves. 10.
