윤기 좔좔~ 차돌짜장면과 바삭한 군만두 먹방🤤Jajangmyeon & Fried Dumplings Mukbang ASMR

Hello, this is Aejeong😊 Today I made a simple beef brisket jajangmyeon at home using a meal kit!🍜 First, I cooked the beef brisket to render out the fat, then stir-fried some green onions in the oil to add extra flavor. The rich beef aroma mixed with the savory scent of green onions made the flavor so much deeper🤤 The whole kitchen started smelling like a real Chinese restaurant, so I was already excited before I even started eating!! Even though this was a meal kit jajangmyeon, the quality was honestly way better than I expected! The vegetables were already nicely stir-fried, so the sweetness from the onions and the deep umami flavor from the black bean sauce came through really naturally☺️ The sauce was super thick and rich too, so it coated the noodles perfectly!! Eating it together with the beef brisket made it even more flavorful and savory, and the juicy beef fat mixed with the jajang sauce so well. It was rich and heavy in the best way possible, and the flavor just kept lingering in my mouth… seriously addictive🤤 The fried dumplings I prepared on the side were kimchi dumplings, and they matched SO well with the noodles🥟🔥 The slight spiciness from the kimchi balanced out the richness of the jajangmyeon perfectly, so I kept going back and forth between the two the whole time! The outside was crispy while the inside stayed juicy, and every bite had that spicy kimchi kick that paired amazingly with the beef brisket jajangmyeon! Jajangmyeon and fried dumplings really never fail as a combo☺️ I enjoyed today’s meal so much😊 Ah!!
