KIRK FELL and GREAT GABLE

Two monster fells completed starting at Wasdale Head in the company of ‪@ashleyjarnold‬ and his wife. We walked through the farm and passed the church, up the very steep path in-between Kirk Fell and Great Gable, before hitting the ridge and taking a left turn towards the very shaley and loose rock climb up to Kirk Fell, which was also very steep. Once completed, we came back the same way and up to Great Gable, another steep assent with a shale and rock path, which disappeared before the top. I ended up climbing hands and feet over boulders to make the final summit.
