For the canned peach, we remove the peels and seeds of the peaches, slice them into thick apple slices, fill each jar in such a way that they do not cross each other, add a spoonful of sugar and hot water on it, close the lids tightly, add water to 3 fingers and put it on the stove for about 20 minutes 25 minutes. We boil it over high heat, after the sugar completely dissolves in it and the water in it reaches the boiling point, we tighten the lids of the cans that we took out of the water once more and turn them upside down. To make concentrated peach juice, we take the soft peaches from their shells and seeds into small pieces in a saucepan, on top of it, 2 cups of sugar for 3 kilograms of Destiny peaches and enough water to be seen on it. We pass it through a hand blender with about 3 cups of water, and bring our concentrated peach juice, which has a smooth consistency, to the stove to boil. We boil it and separate the foams from the peach juice. Thus, we get clear peach juice. While it is still very hot, we pour it into jars and vacuum it.
