Today we're diving into the third Lupin III movie with a review and retrospective on the 1985 film Legend of the Gold of Babylon. Developed alongside Part 3, that show and this movie shared much of the same staff and remains the only movie where he's donned the pink jacket. It also has a very interesting history, bouncing around a number of writers and directors who took the movie in wildly different directions. Considering they were working on a show at the same time and only had a few months to make this film, it was certainly a tight production schedule. How did the finished product end up?
