Rebuilt from scratch, this DIY IDEX 3D Printer is a fully custom dual independent extruder system built with V-slot aluminum, smooth rods, and 3D-printed connectors for duplicate/mirror mode printing. Powered by Marlin firmware on RAMPS 1.4 + CNC shield with Arduino Mega, it features two separate X-axes, MK8 extruders, CR-10 hotends, and a 300x300mm heated bed—designed for batch robotics parts at twice the speed. 🔧 Key Features: Fully rigid V-slot aluminum frame with 3D-printed connectors and LM8UU bearings. Dual independent X-axes with separate NEMA17 motors and hotends (true IDEX). 300×300mm heated bed with MOSFET driver and spring leveling system.
