My experience of being off work and on sick leave due to illness.

I started working at FedEx in November 2025 in one of their depot in GB. Initially, my first impression of the company were positive: as they provided me with uniform, PPE and most managers seemed friendly. However, when I started working, the volume and the fast-paced nature of the job started to wear me down. I started to experience extreme pain, fatigue, exhaustion. This had a severely detrimental impact in my quality of life and I started to experience health issues, which means I had to sign off sick from work. This has been the case since December 2025.
