国道176号《与謝野町→宮津市》ゴール到達！⋯のはず！？【R176/上り/その8】

This series begins in the big city of Umeda, driving endlessly toward the beginning of National Route 176. I was imagining an elegant drive with views of the famous Amanohashidate, but on the current road we passed it through a tunnel and headed toward the finish line without seeing it at all. And at the finish line, we were stunned by the tiny intersection. Is this really the beginning of National Route 176...? What, it even has push-button traffic lights! In urban areas, it has become an impressive bypass, and overlaps with National Routes 175 and 9 in various ways, but sections that used to be narrow, eaves-lined roads and full of curves have now been replaced by new, straight roads, making it a very easy road to drive on. For those living near Inaichi in Osaka and southern Hyogo Prefectures, where traffic jams are a regular problem, what did you think of the overall view of National Route 176? It's a little moving to see the road in front of you stretch all the way to the sea.
