The Solvac S11000 offers an entirely sealed and enclosed automated vapor degreasing process. The system can ultrasonically precision-clean metal components at weights exceeding one ton while eliminating the need to expose the open solvent chamber to the operator or workshop environment. This vapor-phase ultrasonic cleaning system has a powerful four-point PLC automatic robot system that smoothly transports heavy loads effortlessly through the pre-programmed ultrasonic cleaning cycle. The Solvac S11000 uses the patented Crest Ultrasonics' "Loadlock" system with tight-sealing doors and a built-in air control pump to trap and manage solvent fumes. Its sealed vapor degreasing functionality can be used with appropriate abatement systems, depending on your HFE ultrasonic cleaning solvent choice and regulatory requirements. Typical cleaning cycle times are less than 8 minutes from load to unload positions.
