Shooting Super 8 for the First Time in NYC!

This was the first time I ever shot Super 8 and while I might not have gotten everything in focus, I had so much fun exploring NYC with my brother, David (the newest member of Wild We Roam!). We filmed this in early February and that’s why there’s still tons of people out and about NYC. Lou and I used to shoot a lot of analog film when we were living in Berlin a few years ago, but over time we had kind of lost our love for photography, however getting to pick up our shoot film hobby in the form of video was exactly what we'd been craving! This Canon AutoZoom quickly stole our heart and we're really excited to make more little films using this beautiful old camera. We have two more videos on Super 8 coming for you in the next few weeks and I can't wait to hear what you think of our new toy! ALSO - this is the first video that David not only filmed, but also edited from start to finish :) We're so proud of him and excited to see his editing style grow.
